As we embark on the promising journey of 2024, The Peculiar Women of Substance Foundation is thrilled to share a glimpse into the impactful projects we have lined up for the year. With a commitment to community well-being and sustainable development, each initiative reflects our dedication to creating positive change. Let’s delve into the details of three key projects that define our vision for the upcoming months.

1. Blood Donation Drive – My Love Gift – February

February marks the beginning of our year with a project close to our hearts – the Blood Donation Drive. Recognizing the critical need for blood donations, we aim to mobilize communities, raise awareness, and facilitate a blood donation event in the month. By fostering a culture of giving, we aspire to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

2. Health on the Line Project – August

Health on the Line Project

In the heat of August, we turn our focus to the “Health on the Line” project. With a mission to provide a dialysis machine for one of our major hospitals in Ghana to help address the pressing health challenges faced by many because of the inadequate or unavailability of this machine.

3. Skill Training Workshop with Startup Capital – December

Skill Training Workshop with Startup Capital

As the year draws to a close, we set our sights on empowering the youth with the “Skill Training Workshop with Startup Capital” project. Recognizing the transformative power of skill development, we will organize a workshop that equip single mothers and widows with valuable skills. What sets this project apart is our commitment to providing startup capital, empowering them to turn their newfound skills into entrepreneurial ventures. This initiative is a step towards fostering economic independence and sustainable livelihoods.

Impact Measurement

Throughout the year, we will meticulously measure and evaluate the impact of each project. From the number of lives touched to the long-term sustainability of initiatives, our goal is not just to implement projects but to create lasting, positive change within the communities we serve.

Community Engagement

We invite our community members, supporters, and partners to actively engage with us throughout the year. Follow our journey on social media, participate in events, and share your thoughts and experiences. Together, we can amplify the impact of these projects and inspire others to join the cause.
