Peculiar Women of Substance (PWS) is a Non-Profit Organisation that basically Empowers Women, Provide Child Care, Support Education, and help individuals and corporate bodies give back to the Society.
Peculiar women of Substance came into existence in 2015, it was then Ladies of virtue but was officially registered in 2018 as Peculiar Women of Substance (PWS). PWS has engaged in so many charitable activities, among them are:
Numerous visits to orphanage homes, prisons, feeding of street children, offering scholarships to the needy, breast cancer awareness programs for both schools, market women and street hawkers.
Vocational trainings, provision of materials for schools, donation of desks, annual blood donation drive since 2018 and many more.
Every project we launch, every person we reach, and every volunteer who joins us adds to our growing impact. These numbers reflect our ongoing commitment to meaningful change and community transformation.
To Make Every Girl child an asset to the society and the world at large.
To raise a generation of ‘Peculiar Women’ to Touch Lives.
To provide safe shelter, clothing, food, clean water to deprived communities and institutions such as orphanage homes, prisons inmates, widowhood groups, street children and school for the blind, deaf and the aged.
To equip individuals in disadvantaged rural communities with tools they need to improve livelihood and earn sustainable income.
